On February 11th-12th, 2023, the company held the 2023 annual sales conference. The meeting was held after the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic was basically lifted for three years. The convening of this meeting is of great significance to the development of the FLATTG in 2023.
Representatives of the holding company, senior managers of the company, all salesperson and heads of relevant departments of the company attended the meeting. Because of work reasons, the salesperson who could not come to the company to attend the on-site meeting also attended the meeting by video.
The meeting first summarized the sales work in previous years. Like other domestic manufacturing enterprises, the three-year COVID-19 epidemic did have a great impact on the development of FLATTG company. But in these three years, we are also constantly developing. The company have obtained high-tech enterprise certification and international quality management system 16949 certification respectively, and also developed new products such as air-conditioning filters and engine air filters which can optimize indoor air and inactivate indoor air viruses (including coronavirus). It has done sufficient basic work for the company to further realize product diversification and high-end.
At the meeting, the representatives of the holding company first affirmed the beneficial exploration and practice of the company especially since 2022, and put forward the sales requirements of the company. Hope that all staff of the company will establish the concept of "sales is the lifeline of the enterprise", take sales as the forefront of enterprise development, and the whole company will actively and effectively support and cooperate with the sales work. The company must think more about the previous lessons when summing up the work experience, arrange the marketing work in 2023, and do a good job in the sales of "double excellent combination" products.
Marketing department has made detailed arrangements for the marketing and sales work in 2023, including advertising, organizational construction, product structure, market layout, sales model and so on. Especially for the key development areas established by the company, the company's salesperson must formulate market expansion strategies that conform to local characteristics, establish a sense of serving customers, and steadily increase the sales in the responsible areas. Each salesperson is full of confidence in achieving the sales target in 2023.
Other departments of the company, including R&D, production, procurement, human resources, finance and other departments, also actively participated in the discussion. All departments have stated that they must meet the market demand and do their best to support the sales staff to complete the sales target set by the company in 2023.
